The SNCF (french railway company) has chosen the interactive and collaborative monitoring solution designed by Agelec. This system will be integrated shortly within the ‘’ Centre Opérationnel Escale’’ (Rail Control Center) in Saint Lazare railway station.
Inside a control room exceeding 250 m2 & operating 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, a unique operator will use the AGCWeb control interface for smooth and comfortable programming of display scenarios on a huge videowall made of 28 x NEC 55’’ LCD screens.
Located at the heart of the station, the Rail Control Center is dedicated to the management & security of passengers and trains on platforms. Its mission also lies in the coordination of different station agents teams in the field.
Thanks to an optimal and perfect combination between the hardware and the software, the power and rapidity of the Agelec solution gives the SNCF agents the capacity to instantly view on a display area of more than 22m2 , 30 inputs of end-user softwares and cameras, using one single tablet.
Thanks to Agelec’s sensitivity and experience to provide a custom system designed for operational requirements, the SNCF has its own tool within its hands for real time continual analysis and sharing of information. The objecticve is to take the fastest and most relevant decisions according to the events.
